Donations are down and The Pretty New Thrift Shop has an urgent need for donations of clothes, household items, furniture, books, decorative items and more! So as you “clean out” your closets, attic, garage, etc., please remember our Thrift Shop.

Central Nassau operates a unique thrift shop in the Farmingdale community. The thrift shop provides Central Nassau with an additional source of revenue that supports our network of community-based programs and services.

Our shop is managed and staffed solely by dedicated volunteers. Central Nassau has a pressing need for additional volunteers to keep the store open for more hours each day. It is quite simple … the more we are opened the better the service we will provide the community and the more funds generated for programs.
