Runday honors the memory of Barbara Bartell who was CN Guidance & Counseling Services’ CEO until her passing in 2013. Ms. Bartell was one of Long Island’s pioneer advocates and leaders in the behavioral health field. She joined CNG as a receptionist the day the clinic opened its doors and she rose through the ranks to become CEO in 1991. Ms. Bartell transformed CNG from a small outpatient clinic to a multi-service behavioral health organization offering a robust and diverse array of treatment services and supportive programs. We honor her legacy by continuing to grow our agency and expand our reach and services to support Long Islanders in need.
