Bridging the
Gap – Veterans Services

Reach out to our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) for more Veteran Peer services and other care.

Through Bridging the Gap, our team at CN Guidance has connected with a thousands of Veterans and military-connected families for Peer support, linking people to community resources and our Clinic for services, when appropriate. We also have been tackling the overdose crisis together, providing free naloxone training to more than 60 military-connected individuals in recent years. Our agency Clinicians and Prescribers also gained access to high-quality virtual and in-person trainings in best practices for working with Veterans.

With community support, we have worked hard to make sure that as an agency, CN Guidance is now even more well-versed in working with Veterans and able to provide quality care for those in need. Although current funding for this program officially concluded on 9/30/25, CN Guidance continues to serve Veterans and military-connected individuals’ mental health and substance use disorder needs through our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), ensuring those who serve have the best care available. Moving forward any military-connected individuals solely looking for Veteran Peer support can still be linked to our clinic, without the need for enrollment in other therapeutic options.

As you come across Veterans who need mental health and/or substance use support, please continue to think of CN Guidance and contact us. We will do whatever we can do to help, and we will continue to partner with fellow organizations to better serve those who’ve served each day.
