Tracey Clingo
Program Manager, P.R.O.S
Tracey began her journey with CN Guidance & Counseling Services in late 2019 as an intern in the PROS program and was soon hired as a Recovery Counselor. Shortly after joining the agency, the COVID-19 pandemic began, transforming the behavioral health landscape and requiring her navigation of providing critical support to clients during an unprecedented time all while being new to the profession.
In 2020, she earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work and obtained her LMSW later that year.
Driven by a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care, Tracey established strong relationships with clients while building a positive and supportive team environment. Tracey’s dedication to the agency’s mission and to helping individuals achieve their recovery goals led to her continued growth within the program, including her advancement through multiple counseling roles. Tracey then became a certified social work field instructor in 2023, expanding upon her passion for mentoring future professionals. All the while, Tracey utilized her appreciation and admiration of her own mentors (including Caitlin Roeder, Senior Director/PROS Program Director) to learn and grow.
After being promoted to PROS Program Supervisor in late 2024, Tracey now steps into her newest role as PROS Program Manager. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, loyalty, and a deep investment in the success of the agency, the clients, and the hard-working program staff she works alongside. She is committed to maintaining a collaborative and welcoming environment where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential.
For these reasons, Tracey is our next rising star!
