The Community Crisis Center – Immediate, Compassionate, Urgent Care for Mental Health & Substance Use

• Mental Health and Substance Use Services for those experiencing a crisis and their families
• Open 24/7/365 for walk-ins, referrals, and anyone voluntarily brought to the center by family, friends, police, or a mobile crisis unit
• Serving adults & children (5+) with a known/suspected mental health condition or substance use disorder and their families
• Emergency observation, evaluation, care, and treatment in a safe and comfortable environment
• 24-hour nursing staff onsite to provide alternative to hospital emergency departments
• Peer staff with lived experience onsite to provide person centered recovery care for individuals experiencing behavioral and substance use concerns
• Will provide instant, customized access to an array of services such as quick assessment, health status monitoring , care coordination, mental health evaluation and planning, medication management, outpatient detox, medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders, discharge and aftercare planning
