The Community Crisis Center – Immediate, Compassionate, Urgent Care for Mental Health & Substance Use

• Mental Health and Substance Use Services for those experiencing a crisis
• Open 24/7/365 for walk-ins, referrals, and anyone voluntarily brought to the center by family, friends, police, or a mobile crisis unit
• Serving adults & children with a known/suspected mental health condition or substance use disorder and their families
• The Center will provide emergency observation, evaluation, care, and treatment in a safe and comfortable environment to any person facing a behavioral health crisis
• 24 -hour nursing staff onsite to provide alternative to hospital emergency departments
• Peer staff with lived experience onsite to provide person centered care for individuals experiencing behaviors and substance use concerns
• Will provide instant, customized access to an array of services such as triage, screening and assessment, peer support, observation, care collaboration, psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and planning, medication management, ambulatory detox and medication assisted treatment support, discharge planning, and aftercare planning
