Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Street Outreach

CN Guidance operates a street outreach program in and around the Long Island Rail Road train stations located in Nassau County.

We provide outreach, engagement and case management services to homeless individuals at these locations. The goal is to offer homeless individuals alternative shelter and services off of the LIRR property.

Some of the services include:

• Case Management
• Housing Resources
• Linkage to mental health or substance use treatment as well as medical, employment and education services
