Lauryn Stillman
Clinical Manager ICRS
Lauryn Stillman joined CN Guidance in 2018 as a part-time counselor for Nassau Supported Housing Residential Program, while she was completing her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at John Jay College.
In July 2019, while continuing to work as a Nassau Supported Counselor, Lauryn completed her internship hours for her master’s degree with the clinic/ICRS. Interning at CNG was a great way for Lauryn to gain a tremendous amount of clinical experience, and learn the ins and outs of being a clinician at the agency.
Upon graduation as an MHC in 2020, she was hired as a full time social work therapist with ICRS. Lauryn quickly assimilated into the social work therapist position and became an individual that not only her patients could count on, but her colleagues as well.
Lauryn passed her licensing exam in April 2022, and shortly after was promoted from the role of social work therapist to clinical manager within ICRS.
Lauryn continues to show dedication and care to her work and to the population serviced by CN Guidance.
For these reasons Lauryn is our next Rising Star!
